Providence, in the greater Chicago area, is bit by bit having the life injected back into its downtown area. With new restauraunts, hotels, and more interesting attractions that make life in this comfortable suburb more enjoyable, the area is becoming a great spot for new developments. The developers Hummel Group of Palatine take advantage of this, bringing in talented architect Jim Tinaglia, who hails from Arlington Heights, to design two exquisite, old fashioned condominium buildings right in the center of Providence. These new buildings, the larger one called Providence and the smaller called Providence Lofts, create a step ladder effect against the skyline and contain a total of 112 units between the two. Condos in Providence Lofts are available at cheaper rates than those in its brother community, Providence.

These two communities are both together and separate, with certain features, like a rooftop and home owner’s association, that are parted between the two. These features bring them together despite their many other differences. Since the Providence is more expensive, it is not a surprise that it is also more luxurious and spacious, with high roofs and stretching floor plans. Not all of the units in the two buildings, which can be as big as five thousand square feet, are on sale at the moment, and in fact only 22 are currently on the market.
