Buying it the Simple Way in Kissel Kar Lofts

They know that everybody wants to make the right decision when purchasing the place where they will be living for the next length of time, but that at the same time most people, in this busy world, just do not have the time to pay attention to every single detail. The thirty two unit building of lofts, which used to be a factory for cars, offers what they’re calling the zen. contempo, and urbane packages, a great way for stylish but busy buyers to take the easy way out and still receive a quality, beautiful loft.
AtProperties has come up with three different themes for the loft decoration. The first theme, Zen, has a far east touch. The floors are a soft bamboo, the windows are styled in an Oriental way, and the bathrooms are finished with porcelain. The second theme, called contempo, is the more old fashioned way of styling things. With rich wood floors and granite bathroom and counter tops, it provides a comfortable, homey feel. The final theme, called Urbane, is a lot more stylish for the younger buyers. It’s got the edges of sharp rock, with floors of concrete and slate for the bathroom walls.
