Causes and Treatment of Infertility

The cause of a couple’s infertility can be difficult to track down because there are simply so many factors that affect fertility. Some of the most common ones are:

1) Endometriosis – this is where endometrial tissue is found in places in the uterus where it shouldn’t be. It can cause inflammation and scar tissue in your uterus area making it hard or difficult to conceive.

2) Ovulation failure – if a woman is not having her period or if her periods are erratic, it may signal that ovulation is not taking place. This means that she is not releasing eggs from her ovaries. If no eggs are being released, pregnancy cannot occur.

3) Stress – it may sound unusual but stress can directly affect a woman’s menstrual cycle.
