It is a situation when the body attacks itself and spoils pancreatic cells in the human body. The destruction of pancreatic cells in the body will affect the production of insulin which is also known as bête cells. It’s a rare situation as most likely the body and the immune system tries to protect itself against bacteria and viruses but sometimes it attacks itself wherein the insulin is reduced so low that it is no longer able to protect the body against other bacteria and viruses. Type 1 diabetes mostly seen in children but however there are few cases where the adults are also attached by it.
