Plaza on New York Enjoys Fiftieth Townhome Sell in Less Than Three Months

The real estate market in the greater Chicago area has been slowing down over the last few years, and many condo and townhome developers have been getting desperate, pulling elaborate stunts to wing in some buyers. It seems that Wiseman-Hughes Enterprises hasn’t heard, though. It has developed a new townhome community, The Plaza, located on the corer of New York and Route 59 in Aurora, one of Chicago’s trendy suburbs. This community offers a mix of both townhomes and condominiums, with 154 of the former and 392 of the latter. Even in such a grand sized community, The Plaza is not cutting anything back. With a unique, innovative design, The Plaza is like a picturesque town within a town, a boulevard made of brick winding its way around and between the homes in the community.

Compared to other luxury condos and townhomes, the prices at The Plaza are a bargain, which must contribute to the fast sales. Sheer quality is another obvious reason. Still, it’s possible that sales might slowdown a little bit once the community officially opens to the public than the special early prices come to an end.

This living space is bringing with it a well equipped community, including an underground parking garage for the condos, a private movie theater, a gym, and a garden. There will also be a business area, further accentuating the independence of the beautiful community. Low prices scheduled to end, so get to it before they go.
