Quick easy recipes and ground beef meatloaf recipes
February 25th, 2010 by the writerThis is one of the quickest and easiest ground beef meatloaf recipes I know of. No, it’s not a meatloaf recipe made with Lipton onion soup either. It’s a bit more work than that and has a better taste. I’ve been cooking with ground beef (it’s hamburger where I come from) all of my life and most recipes I have in my head I know who taught me to make them. This meatloaf recipe is different and I have no clue where I learned to make it.
For this meatloaf recipe you need to pay a little attention to the details. It will taste okay if you don’t but it will be better if you get the onion chopped really fine and the crackers crushed up fine, too. No big chunks of onion or crackers in this ground beef. It’s still one of the simpler recipes tho.
Before you start doing anything set the oven to 350 degrees and let it warm up while you are putting the ingredients for the meatloaf together.

This quick easy recipes a winner for dinner can be ready in 15 minutes! The shrimp omelet is a winner in our house. For each serving, you’ll need: one ounce of cooked salad shrimp, two eggs, a half-inch slice of cream cheese, one slice of Swiss cheese, sliced green onions and a sprinkling of dill weed, to taste. If the shrimp is frozen, put it in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Break the cream cheese and Swiss into chunks. Beat the eggs well. Pour the eggs into a buttered pan, over low to medium heat. Distribute the remaining ingredients over the eggs. After 2-3 minutes, fold the omelet in half with a spatula. When the edges are firm, turn the omelet and cook for another couple of minutes. Serve with bread.
3. Spaghetti is an American favorite. This quick, easy recipe relies on a large jar of bottled spaghetti sauce with meat, with a few quick and easy additions that make it more like home made. Get your pasta going. Slice 4-5 mushrooms, dice a large sweet onion and snip a few sprigs of Italian parsley. Pour the jar in a pot and add the mushrooms and onion. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve, using the parsley and a bit of shredded Parmesan as a garnish. Don’t forget the French bread!
