The most expensive wedding ever held was the wedding between Vanisha Mittal & Amid Pomp. At a cost of $60 million, no expenses were cut, flying in over 1000 guests to witness the ceremony and take part in the festivities.

An expensive wedding has to have top performers, and the most expensive wedding didn’t disappoint. Performing a 30-minute set, Kyle Minogue was paid $520.000, but this probably dwarfs in comparison to what Shah Rukh was paid to perform at the wedding, as he was reportedly paid $5 million to perform at Mittal’s son’s, Aditya, wedding.

Although the cost is unknown, the bride was probably wearing an expensive wedding dress, perhaps even worthy of a place amongst histories most expensive. What we do know is that 5,000 bottles of Mouton Rothschild for $1.5 million was consumed over the 5 day wedding, and that Kyle Minogue was paid $520.000 to perform a 30 minute set.
