Controlling anxiety panic attacks means controlling the mind. Remember, the mind is very powerful and just like a wild beast it will fight against you as you try to subdue it. This is one fight that you must win so you can enjoy a life of freedom.

There are medications out there that have be proven to be effective in treating anxiety and panic attacks. You have to realize that just like when you injure a leg and need a crutch to help you walk, you always want it to be something temporary. It should be the same with medication to control anxiety.

You don’t want to become dependent on the medication to rid you of the symptoms of anxiety attacks. The medicine is truly a temporary solution. The best results many experience is a regiment that includes both the medicine and a natural means to help the body regain its own control of its response to situations.
