How to Quickly Lose 10 pounds. 10 Days Possible? It’s an impossible goal for some and here’s why. A lot of people in society are fatter than is healthy for them. Others are what is termed as clinically obese. But there are some of us who are not actually fat, or even plump, yet we have these unsightly heavy fatty areas on an otherwise slim body. You know who you are! Generally speaking we’re middle aged and older and there appears to be areas on the body where fat seems to stockpile. For men, it’s around the waist AKA those so called ‘Love Handles’, and for the ladies, the problem seems to be with buttocks and thighs. Now if we seem to be in pretty good shape elsewhere, then these areas can not only seem stubborn to rid of fat, but impossible for some. Diet and exercise has been attempted, but often to no avail. We’re in good general health and well being, yet nothing we seem to do will help us to shift that excess fat. Don’t despair!  For every problem, there is a solution! there’s no reason why your dreams of losing weight needn’t become a reality.
