Lack Of Sleep, and How To Deal With It

If you are finding that you are having to deal with a lack of sleep, you may well notice that you have quite a few symptoms which are typical of someone that suffers from sleep deprivation.  Being unable to sleep well at night is very, very common – in America alone there are well over 60 million insomniacs.

Anyone that suffers with lack of sleep on a regular basis is going to need to seek help of some kind – the human body is not made to withstand long periods of not having enough sleep.
