Which Find Classmate Service?

July 18th, 2010 by the writer

With so many of these social networking sites, such as Facebook, Hi5, Tagged, and so on, why on earth would anyone want to pay a fee to meet others?  The answer is simple. No matter how the world and its people evolve and change over time, there is one concrete rule and that is you get what you pay for. A fee based project such as the Find Classmate service offered by Classmates.com is does not have ads plastered all over its pages thus distracting members from getting on with the task in hand which is finding long lost friends from a distant past. These sites are also more secure, more private, and have better interactive tools for their subscribers. They also have serious members whereas all the free sites have more cranks and scammers than genuine people looking for others. Free sites also tend to attract more old frustrated men and working girls than they do people looking for old mates, new friends, and potential relationships. This is not to say the free sites are of no use, but be prepared to be spammed, confused, and frustrated as you wade through a site that is more about looking after its advertisers than it is its free members.  Look at it like this; those who pay for niche specific friend finding services get treated like the first class passengers of a plane. Those who use the free services are like the second class passengers, and have to put up with a more substandard, less effective, type of package. Yes folks, we get what we pay for in today’s society just like it’s always been.
