Burn Fat Without Losing Muscle

October 31st, 2007 by the writer

For safe weight loss you don’t want to lose too much too fast. If you lose weight too fast you’re likely losing as much muscle as body fat. Losing muscle will lower your resting metabolic rate which will make it harder for you to succeed at fat burning. Burn the fat by eating a good diet and performing cardio workouts regularly.
