Chills Follows After Of Hot Flashes

It seems funny to think that when you get hot flashes, symptoms could include a bout of the chills. Hot flashes followed by chills and irregular periods are common symptoms of menopause. Most women experience menopause between the ages of 48 and 52, although some women can reach menopause in their 30′s or as late their 60′s. The chill that she then experiences is made worse when she is soaked with sweat.
