Get Flexible and Healthy With Brilliant Yoga

Normally I do a lot of weight training and have never had any problems until recently. I’ve been doing heavy squats using a barbell which has aggravated my knees and played havoc with my hips. I originally started working out to stay fit and healthy. What’s the point in doing all that if you’re walking around in agony? This is when I started looking at other forms of exercise that would increase my energy levels and make me feel good. I read this Brilliant Yoga review which was something of a revelation as it doesn’t impact my joints in the same way working out and running on a treadmill does. It’s really good for cutting down stress and making me feel less tired.
