Stop Smoking Tips

There are a number of methods and ways to quit smoking. These range from the use of stop smoking aids such as patches or gum, right through to good old fashioned willpower. What you opt for often depends on that willpower, how long you have been smoking for and how addicted you really are. Addiction is only one side of it though, as breaking the habitual side of it and the associations where you would normally smoke ( i.e. in the car, on your break ) are another part of the battle. Having the motivation to quit smoking is a big part of the equation too.
