Why would you choose swimming exercise over other types of exercise? Well, some forms of exercise can be hard on your joints. There are runners who are in good shape, but suffer with problems with their knees and hips. This is the price they pay for the repeated jarring of their joints during running. Other forms of exercise like jumping and weight lifting can also increase your risk of injury.

If you want something effective that is easy on the body, you want to do a swimming exercise.
