Guy relocating for work and needs advice

I told him that I had information on Downtown Bellevue apartments. With a choice of 1-2-3 bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, luxurious rooms, high speed internet access, dishwashers and microwaves, washer and dryer in each apartment to state of the art fitness center, these apartments were a cut above the rest. Moreover, some of the major shopping centers and restaurants were walkable distance. He thanked me immensely and said that he will look into these apartments as soon as possible.
